Most of my jewelry, however, isn't immediately available. To avoid waste, I tend to create only upon purchase, and in that case, lead times vary.

For classic botanical jewelry , it takes 3 to 7 days to create. For jewelry created from scratch with the lost-wax technique, it takes about a month.

For jewelry you purchase from the site , you can request a return within 14 days of receipt.

The jewel must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.

Since we are a small business, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and I will deduct the cost of shipping the order and the percentage of the payment commissions from the return total.
