Who I am

If someone had told me as a child that this would be one of my jobs, I would never have believed it !

Hi! I'm Sara, from Turin, but I have Campanian and Sardinian roots.

Over the course of my 34 years I have lived for several years in England and Ireland , and worked in various fields that had nothing to do with jewellery !

However, my love for accessories and personal care has always been there. So has creativity , which I've discovered is an essential part of who I am .

DM Gioielli was born in May 2022, after a very difficult period for me, in which I threw myself into the creation of resin jewelry as a hobby that allowed me to stop thinking .

I didn't think it would go much beyond a hobby... I was 31 and had a pretty clear path to follow.

Starting over after 30 and choosing to make one of my greatest passions my job seemed impossible as well as crazy ... and yet here we are.

From wanting to create jewelry for myself, that was exactly how I wanted it, I now create jewelry that tells stories . My customers' stories. And there's nothing I love more!

For this reason, I undertook a self-taught study (between the two jobs, I did what I could) of wax working techniques : the goal was to be able to realistically create everything, within the limits of my abilities obviously :)

And for over a year now I have been creating jewels with wax, completely from scratch , which are then cast by a certified Piedmontese foundry , in the requested materials.

Hence the distinction between classic botanical jewels (in steel and other materials, with real flowers in resin), and jewels created by working with wax (then cast in 925 silver and bronze, both with and without flowers, which last forever!)

DM Gioielli is one of my jobs right now! I'm the only one managing everything , but I have so many dreams and plans for my little business ❤️
