Shipping
Orders are processed within 24/72 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) And shipped in 4/7 working days , once created and ready for shipping.
Shipments are made via Poste Italiane Crono Standard or Express, BRT, UPS, or InPost; each package is assigned a tracking code that will be sent to you via email or text message from the carrier. (When you receive the order completion email, check your spam folder! The tracking email sometimes ends up there.)
Orders throughout Italy with 2 shipping options:
- Express shipping tracked by Poste or UPS or BRT in 24/48 hours cost of €6.90 And Always free for orders over €130.00
- InPost Shipping tracked in 48/72 hours to the cost of €5.50 (* ATTENTION * if you choose this type of shipping, you must add the shipping address of the locker or InPost collection point of choice , NOT a residential address)
- Pickup in Turin : Free. Please contact me BEFORE ordering. :)
*(For islands and some specific areas, shipping may take an additional 48/72 working hours)
Orders throughout Europe :
- UPS Express Delivery in 48/72 hours to the cost of €15.90 .
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and a signature from a recipient may be required, therefore A person must be present at the address provided .
Although in exceptional cases, delivery times may vary (e.g., Christmas holidays, national holidays, courier delays, transport strikes, etc.).
NB: Shipping is NOT insured , unless specifically requested by the customer. This means that in the event of loss by the courier, No refunds are provided . If you prefer to insure the shipment, You must contact me BEFORE placing your order .
If you do not receive the package within 3/5 working days from sending it (you will receive an email with the tracking), it is recommended contact the post office or courier directly reference to understand if there have been problems.
